What Makes A Good Photographer?
To me, a good wedding photographer isn’t someone that just captures the staged photos with family. They’re someone who tells the story of your wedding day from start to finish. Who does it in a way that makes you want to reminisce over and over again for years to come. A great wedding photographer is someone who captures the authentic emotion of your relationship. From the hardest belly laughs to the biggest happy tears, I’m there for it all.
My goal is to capture all the in-between moments. Like your flower girl smudging lipstick all over her face right before she walks down the aisle. The face your fiance makes right before he sees you for the first time. Your dad wiping away a couple of tears off the end of his nose. Or the one of a kind dance move your college roommate won’t stop doing. I want to capture the loud, the quiet, the happily unplanned, the moments you’re there for and the ones you miss.

More Than Just A Photographer
On the biggest day of your life, you deserve more than just a vendor at your wedding with a camera. You deserve a friend to share a Pinterest board with and someone to like all of your photos on instagram. A photographer that is just as excited about your wedding day as you are. You deserve someone to laugh with when you’re getting ready for your big day and a shoulder to cry on while you’re planning it. The best bride deserves the best wedding photographer.
This is where I come in.
I love getting to know my clients, from their sense of humor to their pet peeves, and everything in-between. Building a solid friendship with my clients is the best way to get great photos. Some of my best work comes from the people that are comfortable enough to be themselves when my camera is in their face. So don’t be afraid to be your goofiest self, tell your best jokes, or laugh at me when I run into something while im shooting (which happens almost every time).
