WERE BACK (finally) and I’m so excited to share this dreamy spring engagement session that was filled with wildflowers!
When Catherine first reached out to me (in March) she told me that she wanted to do her engagement photos in a field of wildflowers. So naturally, I started scouring Fort Worth for all the fields of flowers. Since it was the beginning of spring, it was the perfect time to find all the flower fields for engagement sessions! Well…. Then, we had to postpone because of a little virus thing. Long story short, by the time we were able to shoot all of the fields of flowers I had found in March were basically gone. So Catherine and Clayton settled on doing a two part session at the Trinity river and Tandy hills.
We started on the Trinity river and the light was PERFECT. Spring engagement sessions are my favorite because golden hour always seems to be twice as long. We walked around and had a blast shooting all this perfect day!
After leaving the Trinity, we drove over to Tandy Hills to finish off this beautiful engagement session. To our surprise, there were HUNDREDS of wild flowers. If you know me, you know that I shoot at Tandy hills a lot and I can honestly say that I have never seen it have flowers like this! It was such a special way to top off this dreamy spring engagement session!
