So. I was getting ready to sit down at my computer and write this long and cute life update blog post. I was gonna talk about our move to Fort Worth. And about how i’m so excited to be close to my wedding and engagement clients. And just about all the changes I’m planning to make in my business now being in Fort Worth.
BUT. Right before I started working I was putting together furniture for our house and the screwdriver slipped and I sliced open my finger. So instead of banging said finger on my computer keys more than I have to… I decided to share this cute Fort Worth engagement session that I shot right before our move.
I was so lucky to have met Kira and Jimmy during this sweet little shoot. Their Fort Worth engagement session was filled with their adorable pup Riley running through fields of stickers. And us laughing as Jimmy tried to catch her. I love how raw these photos turned out, with Riley covered in stickers and Kira and Jimmy laughing while trying to pick them out. Isn’t that what marriage is about anyways? Just laughing with each other and doing what you can to fix sticky situations (no pun intended).
This couple was so cuddly during their session and they are so excited to get married in the fall of next year. As always, this session was at Tandy Hills in Fort Worth, Texas. And I’m happy to say that it was the last time I had to make the late night drive back to Tyler. More updates about our move to Fort Worth and our new house and all the photography business changes to come. But for now, enjoy this BEAUTIFUL engagement session while I possibly go get a tetanus shot haha!
